Ingredients:
- Green mango pieces - 1 cup (peeled, sliced)
- Green chillies - 5 nos
- Small onion - 2 nos
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Coconut - 1 cup (shredded)
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together in a mixie jar.
- If the mangoes are not sour enough add 1 tsp of lemon juice while grinding or you can add some vinegar either.
- No need to season it. Serve with rice, thoran and curd/yogurt.
